The 10 team members that are flying brought their sleeping bags and tools to load in the trailer on Thursday evening. The four team members that are driving will leave Friday at 2:00 PM and hopefully arrive in
Waveland about 3:00 on Saturday afternoon. The
flyers will fly into New Orleans and they should arrive at the camp about the same time.
Against our better judgement we decided to let
Rox and Dave join the team. :-) Last March
Rox ended up in
a neck brace on our Mississippi trip and on the November trip Dave ended up in the emergency clinic several times due to an intestinal thing. Needless to say we all think it's time for them to have a mission trip without doctors involved!
